All KNEELEVER handheld consoles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — including battery, screen, and button/control failures under normal use.

What's not covered

Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and damage from use outside the product's intended purpose.

How to make a claim
